I've got some gear. A tesoro LST some gold pans and a sluice. Hoping someone with some good knowledge could mentor me and bring me into this great hobby! I'm out of 29 Palms, CA

Your best bet is to make contact with a local club in your area, then join and use their claims. You will get more valuable info. from club members of your area. I am sure someone will be posting shortly within your area.

We'll help you out, if you can afford driving to Yarnell, AZ (in the Rich Hill, AZ area). My brother TimC has been hosting several people that I should be hosting but he is battling cancer and the medication is weakening him.
