Anyone know the voltage of the battery on an Excalibur 1000?

One of my Excalls makes that "click" sound, too. The other one doesn't. Both work.
I may not be sure on the voltage, but when I hook up the electrical meter to mine, I thought the max, top, or charged reading was an 18? Maybe 16? Have you thrown a meter on it?
Do you have a charger for it, or know someone in your area with one?

The meter shows 5 volts on the original battery. If it's supposed to be 18V that would explain it but I don't want to over power it. I have no charger and I don't know anyone with an excalibur in Oklahoma.

Thx

I'm thinking the 12 volts I put to it was the right answer but it just hums and occasionally acts like its in pinpoint mode. Definitely seems to be something wrong with it. The pinpoint switch doesn't click like I would think it should. It feels more like a potentiometer.
Thanks again Pat

turn your pod over and check..

That helps a bunch OBN. Thanks. It looks like the switch is working correctly. Not sure if there's anything else I can do with it.
