Anyone recognize this backmark?

Old mill site. One piece button. Nothing on a very smooth front. About the size of a penny. Back says "BEST STRONG" in some pretty ornate letters that it took me a while to make out. It also says "STAND D" in regular letters. I've never seen letters like this on a button, how rare are they like this?
