Didn't really feel up to getting out the day after Christmas but went anyway and am glad I did. Found this little bundle of demitasse tourist spoons weighing 56 grams for $1.51. While not a huge haul, I thought I would share since I had never seen markings in the bowl of the spoon before (which is probably why they got by the sorters). I have also never come across any Argentina silver before. Apparently the fact that the "925" is in a diamond dates them from 1959 or after. They are also marked "Argentina" and a maker's mark but the marks are so poor that I don't know that I will ever determine the maker. I think they will sell higher than melt. The larger spoon with the water buffalo is only marked "925" and on the back of the handle.
