Didn't we already have a thread about a girl in a bikini and a detector with dead batteries? :D

I always carry a spare stick or spares for whatever detector I am going to use in my goodie pouch. There is nothing like being miles from the car and having the machine go dead on you. Been there-done that

I've thought about having spare batteries in the car, but in 90-100 degree heat, isn't that bad on the batteries? The spares won't last long.

I always... have my batteries on me.I would hate... to have to walk clear back to my truck just for batteries.A hip pouch would do, for batteries and a few other stuff..

Not the worst thing that could have happened. Look on the bright side-you got to spend some quality time with your girls. That's a treasure too! :D

In a situation like that.. I would just spend the day scouting the place ...where people go,what they are doing, where they are swimming, what they are wearing bling... bling....
