A friend of mine told me. You’ll never find them all. I have gone back many times to where I’ve had good luck in the past finding arrowheads. And continue to find arrowheads in the same place today. You will never find them all

These are Hopewell obsidian blades called Ross points. Ceremonial for the most part but your broken point does have the look of one of these. The base at least.
