at pro purchase

So had a little bit of trouble when i wanted to purchase the at pro adventure pack last week but after seeing on the forum here that people turned to Gene at Kellyco so i followed suit. I left him a message explaining my issue Tuesday morning, and recieved a call back immediately. He took the matter very seriously and helped me resolve the matter and had my package in the mail that day and was happy to see it arrive earlier this afternoon. Nothing was forgotten in the shipping and the detector works beautifully. I would just like to thank Gene for taking time out to help me and ill definitely be a returning customer when Im ready to purchase my next machine.
