Temperature is dropping single digits, ground is freezing and deflecting my screw driver. well one last shot at the park for the year did produce another double silver. First got an old Army button (any age or identification is well appreciated), then a toasted wheat (1918 S), a silver 1951 Rosie (only 4th one this year) and a 1912 S Barber dime (number 24 on the year). It's been a great year for finds. I wish all of you still able to hunt the best of luck. Enjoy

Very nice digs to close out the year mack, hopefully it's a short winter, I got some big plans for 2015!

Way to close out the year mack, double Silver you can't beat that! That 1912s Barber dime looks familiar (my first silver coin find) lol. Congrats and here's hoping for a short winter!!

Nooooooo! Never give up until you need a jackhammer to get past the frost line.

Nice finds. A double silver always puts me in a great mood

Fine, grounds still not frozen, weather isn't my dilemma, I haven't been out since Nov 21, deer hunting, then slamming the overtime at work to pay for christmas, and life in general got on my way lol!
