Is the AT Pro just an Ace 350 that is waterproof?

Can you submerge it without headphones?

If you just want to use it in light rain (no submerging) do you have to have their waterproof headphones?

No its not just a waterproof 350.

Yes you can submerge it without the headphones. Mine had a screw on cap where the headphones went. It is supposed to be waterproof to 10 ft. But some people are having problems with them leaking.

You don't need the waterproof headphones to use it submerged or in the rain.

The pro is waterproof right up to the headphones. Non-waterproof headphones, that is. But, I would not run the unit submerged, especially in salt water, without the waterproof headphone socket plugged into the control box. Too risky.
