Auction Find and a whats it worth

Hi all,

Last night spur of the moment my wife and I head to an auction. We bought a few nice things and a few paintings that are leaving for NY on Monday to be appraised and authenticated.

so here is what I have to show everyone. I bought a Solid Maple Hutch for a whole $10. Took it to my local antique furniture store 5 miles from my house, he said it was from the 40's or 50's and should be worth about $150 to $250

Now for the fun one. I also picked up for $20 a vintage pool table with 1 cue stick and 16 pool balls I can't find a makers mark any where on it and having a hard time finding out what its worth
Any help in figuring this out would be great
