I don’t usually post on here much anymore, but today I felt the need to. You just don’t come across sites like this in FL very often anymore. Got permission to a 1/2 acre yard near a fort site. The man said he never let anyone hunt, and the finds showed that. Here is my take from the hunt. A ton of musket balls, a complete hat plume holder with the flaming hat insignia, many buttons (US great coat, artillery, kepi, etc.), a lead handmade pencil, and more. My friend Britain also dug a hat plume holder, musket balls, about 20 buttons, and some other amazing relics.
