Awesome finds! Incredible dime! Looks like it has a die crack through the "7" of 1837. Wonder if that increases the value on this specific year? You should check it out. Hope you didn't clean/rub it. Probably will grade EF in that kind of condition!

Killer Hunt! That's the way to do it! I've got a place like that has yet to cough up any coins. I know they're there but the place is EMI hell (next to a electric dog fence). I've found plenty of buttons & a complete shoe buckle. Landowner says they've never seen anyone MD it before.

Details certainly look EF-40, however, surface looks a bit rough not likely to grade that high. Surface is critical element in grading of coins, sometime even more important than details.

Likely a would grade one or two grades lower.

Those are some, terrific finds....Makes me want to grab my MD and go hunting right now, but I doubt I'd ever find anything as awesome as what you just did.
