Axe Head? War Hammer? & Scraper tools or just rocks? (High Quality Pics)

I found these in the same area next to a creek. I've been telling friends and family what I think these are but would like other opinions from people with more experience than I.

This seems like it was more the utility side of it. Looks like other types of rock have been pounded into it, and the discoloration to go with it. There's even some specks of orange color, not sure what that could be..

And these are the two little guys. They really fit just right in the hand and I think are a type of scraping tool.

Great job with your pictures but all look natural to me. I do not see any signs of man altering those rocks. Keep at it good things will come!

Looks like a Purdy rock to me, sadly mother nature can play mean tricks on us - if you are convinced - Museum =)

What kinda rock? Is it sandstone?

I'm curious about the stone type too. I find it quite often and when it hits another rock it sounds like glass, does yours make that sound? This type of rock in my creek gets me excited when I see it thinking it's an artifact when in fact it's just another of what I call a faker. Keep looking though, but look in the creek if it's shallow and on the sand and pebble bars near washouts, you will find something real then. Good luck!

It would have to be a major museum to get a decent answer. Most of the curators at small museums are not educated in the objects in their museums and are not reliable sources of info.
