Aztec Treasure!

Hello! Here I have some peices from my grandfathers collection. I was told that they are Aztec, Pre-Columbian. If anyone could share more about these bells/rattles, rings, etc. it would be really appreciated. Also if you could appraise them, I would hate to sell but it might be necessary, thank you.

Edit: I should mention that my grandfather unearthed these items plus many more himself, he was born in Mexico. He migrated to the US in the late 40s ealry 50s and he gave me this small fraction of his collection.

They do look Prehispanic to me.

These do look Mayan to me, but I'm no expert. From what I've read, these were often sewn onto clothing as well as worn about the body. The more bells you had, the more you "jingled". A sign of wealth. This website may be of help.
