well and he kinda over did it by saying "theres no real treasure hunters here". I have never posted a find, but ive been doing this since I was 8 or 10, was the late 70's. couldnt even swing a metal detector one handed. I have found buckets of stuff. And I consider myself a rookie here. You look at the knowledge of guys like gatorboy, the work ethic of bluediamonds, the tech expertise of obn. Its humbling. Your not gonna fool these guys and why would you want to??

That's the real question - why would anybody want to deceive a bunch of strangers on an internet forum? Who is he trying to impress? What is he trying to prove? In a way, I kind of feel sorry for him. Maybe he has self esteem issues.
