I'm having the same trouble, in both knees :BangHead: 3 hours if I'm lucky, and if it stays dry long enough, this is the least detecting I have done in 12 years. But you are back, and one coin is a start, sure to be more there :thumbsup:

Welcome back! I always like your posts and pix.

My orange shovel is still a pleasure to use. I get a LOT of questions about it. No one believes that "a guy in Germany" made it for me. I don't use it on lawns but I wouldn't go out in the field without it. It is to army/camp shovels (and I have a couple) as my Lesche is to a soup spoon.

My surgery worked very well so far. I hope you get better too. Detecting with pain is no fun....

Thanks Cru! The better fields are out of reach now but there are many more to explore... Maybe 2 weeks from now and these are off limits too. :dontknow: Hard times are coming...like every year. :occasion14:
