Got out with MikeGuard today at a beach near Baltimore from the early 1900's. Started out a little ruff when I did not notice I had zipped my drysuit up with something caught in it..needless to say I got wet.. Both of us dug treasure for 4 hours, and came out happy...Pictures of the Trash and Treasure..

Boy, I'll tell ya what. Seeing those trash finds of lead weights and swimmer's locker tags, etc. sure do bring back some fond memories!

The rings too. Is that a diamond?

LOL, both of us are playing catch up.. I know a few hunters up North that have close to 50 gold rings for the year!

My goal for the year is what they have all ready. Just talked to one of them tonight and said he got 5 the other night..

They don't post to often due to the fact, Lose Lips Sink Gold Ships..

Good Luck and Keep on Digging.. We have a lot of work to do..:laughing7:

You guys are something else....

You guys talk about finding gold like I'd talk about finding silver but, I doubt I have as much silver as you each have gold??

All I can say is, WOW!!

Thanks CnR, I got into a area that was full of targets, so I just dug them all. And I found the stoneless ring there, mixed in.

Thanks Park Pirate, I know you are fired up and read to hit it now that things are thawing out...

Thanks Underminer, You have had some Amazing Pirate chest stuff yourself!! Thinking the ring maybe Art Deco Period

Thanks Hitdahed, Come on down, May would be good..Just let me know in advance..

Thanks CarolinaTom, Now if I could find some silver...think I have 2 or 3 silvers for the year, crazy..

Thanks Deershed, Silver is rare this year for me also, just seems to be everything else...may pick up in the next month, I am going back to the older beach's and a few new...

Many Thanks Guys and Be Safe...Joe

Yes, from the Chesapeake Bay Waters, water temps are around 36.1 now, all the ice is gone and warming, a good thing. These came from waist deep waters. The bay was frozen fairly good and really moved some sand from the under current.

Congratulations Old Beechnut! That is really wanting to hunt right there! I don't hardly like 55 degree water, I can't think about 36 degree water even in a dry suit!
