Banner voting??

Fairly new to the site and obviously understand what a "banner" find stands for but have no idea how to vote something as a banner find. Also haven't found where "banner" finds are located on the site.

Banner finds are the pictures at the top of the home page, click on one of the pictures to view the Banner post . You vote for banner by clicking on the "Nominate Banner" button that shows up on the top right of every post.
