Got back last night from a week of Skiing in Idaho. Lots of snow out there. But there is supposed to be a big snow storm here tonight. So, I wanted to get in some coinshooting this afternoon before the storm, even though I'm still have a little jet-lag.

Went back to my old amusement park woods, which have produced alot of silver over the years. The pickings are getting slim, but I did manage to find a couple silvers. The first was a 1953 Roosevelt dime at about 4 inches. The second was a 1900 Barber dime at about 8 inches. Also found an 1907 Indian Head penny and a badly carroded Wheatie. Also found a junk metal pendant with fake stones.

Here's the Barber dime:

And the Roosie:

Glad to see you back Bob. Nice Barber! I keep thinking the ground will still be too frozen to dig.

Love those Barbers..... :icon_pirat: Have found a few, but not enough. And, don't find any here, in S. Korea. Only a few small similar size, but from Japan or Korea.
Wait till it completely thaws out.....you should do very well.

Thanks, everybody.

Keith and Debbie,

Sorry, with all this snow we'll all have to wait a few days before we can get out. Might not see you guys until the next meeting.

Salaloid,

Here's a couple more pictures of the 1953 dime. Hopefully you can see the date right this time.
