I've been sitting here for awhile, working on a paper due for tomorrow's 8 am class, and it has just occurred to me, after a cursory glance at my wall clock, that it is still early...5:45pm.
Wait, what? Seems like it was that time when I finished the yardwork after I got off work... :icon_scratch:

Then I seek confirmation of the time from an alternate source. Ah...just as I thought. It's actually after 9:00pm.
Glad I realized the battery had run out in my clock tonight rather than in the morning and miss my early class. :o

Only one other battery failure could cause me any worries...my metal detector batteries!

Have you a story to relate about "Battery Operated Devices?"

My Best,
Scott

PS. At least my calendar doesn't need batteries... :tongue3:
