I found this tie pin on the beach can't find out anything about it could use some help

Hello Teague1951 and welcome to the forum. Based on the fact that it is a pin, probably a jacket pin in the style of those in the style I have seen kids wearing on their jackets, I think it represents "The Dials" punk rock band. I found a link to the information:

I don't think it's from a punk rock group the pin on the back is the type used around 1920's
