Spent 1/2 the day at Bryan Beach with $.36 clad between us.:dontknow:
Then about 3 hours at Surfside with another 3 cents found.
LOTS of iron in the soil at Bryan but there were a fair number of people on the beach.
At Surfside they have raked the sand and weed piles out onto the beach and it is too deep with soft sand for normal driving. Was getting straps and gear to pull a guy who was stuck out. Guy in a monster CJ-5 came up and I helped him get the guy out instead. Lots of people out but still not many in the water. Too cold.
Won't be long until the water warms enough for the water hunting to really kick off.:laughing7:

Yes, I am looking forward to swimming with my SandShark soon. I'll probably break out the waders and stick to waist deep and shallower, but it will still be a blast.

Really wanting to get an Excaliber to use while scuba diving.
Then hit the swimming areas!
I'll give you a holler when it warms up enough to be comfortable w/o a wetsuit.
