Beach on Lake Michigan coughs up junk.

5 working hours on the ACE 250 and I am getting better. A few globs of melted aluminum from the beach campfires. Something that appears to have been a tag of some sorts back in the day. And two peices of aluminum that could have been anything. My daughter and I also got a slew of sea-glass.






Also some trash removed, not all, but some. Looks like a pair of mangled eyeglasses that rust has really built up on.

I like that Sea Glass, and it will display very nicely. Throw it into a Mason Jar mixed with marbles and see how it looks.

Folks who have never been to Lake Michigan, it's hard to understand that it is really an inland sea. My buddy came up from Tennessee we went up to Nordhouse Dunes, he was thrown back by how big it was and how sandy. Beach glass and Petoskey stones are my favorite. Fantastic haul!

Keep an eye out for reds in the beach glass dept. You'll find some really rare, sought-after glass colors on lake michigan!

The Lake Michigan beaches and waters are beautiful. Too bad they are so cold most of the time. Looks like you had a good time. Spending some time with your daughter, finding some items, and cleaning up the beach are all positives in my book.

Lived my whole life on the shores of the lake. Cant imagine being anywhere else.
