The orange pieces in it look like tobacco and are fluorescent. But the crystal is not. Tiny pieces of gold and other metals?? Was 20200923_163637.jpg 20200923_163524.jpg 20200923_163035.jpg 20200923_163358.jpg 20200923_163058.jpg 20200923_161421.jpg

Looks like tourmalated and rutilated quartz to me
The gold colored inclusions would be the rutile, and the blackish are tourmaline ( if my guess is right)
I'm second guessing myself on the black bits - they might be feldspar ? ( I'm no geologist).

It was very soft to polish. Like opal. Every time I hit those black bits I dug another big scratch. Found another just havent polished it yet. Thought it was rutilated but didn't have the straight lines of rutile. The photos don't do it justice..very pretty stone. Any input is appreciated. Thanks
