Hi, yesterday I went to one of my local banks and picked up $3000.00 in halves. I opened it today and it turned out to be my best box so far. My previous best was 18 coins in one box. But this one yield 24 coins. 2-walkers, 2-franklins, 7-64 kennedys and 13 65-69 kennedys. I only hope the rest of the boxes are half as good.

I hope they're doubly good! You get what you expect. Expect the best. Be grateful for what you receive!

That is amazing that you still find silver coins from your local banks. I asked at my credit union last year and the teller whom I've known for at least 25 years said they keep the silver coins back themselves. I haven't found even as much as a silver dime in change for at least 15 years. About that time I got a 1945-P nickel in AU in change from our coffee machine. The mind blower was the next day I got another 1945-P nickel in AU from the same machine, after that...no more keepers.
