I've used rubber-cal. It works. Don't know a difference I haven't compared the two.

Thanks man. I ordered Herco. My main question arose from the comparison of the fine ribbed matting found on the Keene a52 and the Jobe yellow jacket 36.
I ordered the Herco and will report on it.
It probably doesn't matter but I love getting geeked out on the little details.
