Best looking WAM i've pulled

So, I've only gone through $75.00 of cents, but I had to go through for the varieties now because I was craving the WAMs. I will note it is under high light so it is easy to see the contact marks which there are none visible. :P nice bold strike too, full steps. Definitely a MS63+

Basically some of the business, circulation strike Close AM dies were switched with some of the proof Wide AM dies. This created a variety or as most like to call an error coin. Most common to rarest 2000, 1998, 1999. 1999s are worth the most by far. What do you mean by the other kind I am searching for?

Close AM strike

Ok now I get what a WAM is- is there another type you look for as well or is it just the different years?

There has been 1 1996 WAM found and graded. It was stolen. I also look for the 1992 CAM, close AM, which is extremely rare. There have been about 40 found from both the p and d mint. Those are supposed to have the WAM strike but have the CAM strike. Other varieties I look for, 1984 doubled ear, 1983 DDR, 1988 RDV-006, and 1995 DDO.

Do you look for the 1972-DDO-001 its certainly worth more than a WAM about a $150 for a XF-40, someone on another forum found two this week.....

I would probably see it since you can notice it with the naked eye on the date, and I date check.

There are many DDO's for 1972 some without doubling on the date although they aren't worth as much.......
