Curious how many Nox owners who hunt predominantly in salt water or wet sand "tweak" settings for maximum jewelry or coin results without digging to many junk targets by using Park settings, lowering swing rate for added depth, etc?
Then what about ideal Nox settings for fresh water lakes, streams or rivers?

On a wet salt beach there is no way one can work in park settings. And YES, one must assess conditions and change setting to match the beach you are on. Esp, with black sand and EMI.

I made that mistake coming from the AT Pro to the 800. Spent too much time fiddling with the many settings and should have been hunting in one of the standard modes and listening to tones when getting to know the 800.
