I went through four boxes one day last month and I never reported the results to the main forum (just my CRH log). It was by far my best finds ever (better than my dream box of 243 40%'s last year). There was so much 90% silver...I was in shock...more 90%'s than 40%'s plus two barbers.

Brinks half box #321: 6-walking, 25-bens, 14-64's, 21-40%

Brinks half box #322: 3-walking, 6-bens, 7-64s, 3-40%s

Brinks half box #323: skunk

Brinks half box #324: 2-barbers, 4-walking, 19-bens, 12-64s, 18-40%, 1-1927penny

Box 321

Final totals on the three boxes: 2-barbers, 13-walkers, 50-bens, 33-64s, 42-40%

140 silver halves with 98-90%'s and 42-40%'s in three boxes.

Wow...I'm still speechless. I just had to go back and report since it may be the highlight of my year CRHing (hopefully not). Just keep on rolling.

I've been trying to find a bank that uses Brinks. Everyone around here has Loomis as a supplier. Awesome finds.

Totally awesome job. My banks hate me, I suppose. I haven't "bothered" them in awhile.

That is an incredible score.
That must have been one hell of a dump. Hopefully you got it all.

After my first twenty skunk boxes I nearly gave up, but persistence has paid off a few times for me over the years.

It's tough...I had been cutoff from one of my dump banks the same week as this awesome set of boxes. I thought about fighting it, complaining up the line, but in the end I just walked away...thanks for the memories. I was feeling really down, trying come up with a new dump strategy and then bam...the first box had a bunch of enders. The dumping cares just went out the window. I had to scale back my pickups, but things are back to stable.

Man...there was a trickle of silver on both ends of the silver strike. So, I think I got the bulk of it, but I sure was hoping for more (not that I'm complaining).

Part of me thinks I should quit for the year and just pick it up again in 2018, but you never know what's going to be in that next roll until you unroll it. So, I'll just keep rolling...for now.

Sometimes when our coin hunting hits a snag, like nothing being found, we see what you walked away with and it inspires many of us to just Keep on Hunting. As many of us say, you just never know when someone is going to dump Grandpa's collection for paper money and then that stash is back into the wild again. Glad you were able to catch that stash!!
