I’m going on 10 short hunts now where I have not raised my sensitivity over 15 (about half power on Nox) “sifting” through the iron beds at several of my pounded sites.
The last 2 one hour hunts were at an old farm home site that has yet to pop a silver. I found 5 wheats in these last 2 hunts (not pictured), bringing the wheat / IHP total here to around 15. Someone must have cherry picked this site before.
My best signal was a super strong 34-35 (silver dollar range) and out popped this (folded up in thirds).

I’m pretty sure it is a Victorian “clothes brush”.
Something like this.

Whatever it is it is my biggest dug silver item and first 948 Sterling stamp.
Then I found this lead figure, manimal, a bit creepy looking.

I think I need to dig another 80-90 plated spoons before my next silver spoon...
Good luck out there!
