Got a 1890 IH penny, 1910 V nickel and I think it is a 1925 Large Cent,
With a 4 stamped in it for some reason. Three buttons, any help IDing them would
be nice, and a bunch of heavy metal, none of which I know what is.

It's basically when a coin has a number, word, letters, or anything else stamped into the coin, like the number 4 on yours
