Those aren't designs, just bumps and bruises.
No stamp but looks like silver. Maybe old? I placed it on an ice cube and it ate right through it.
Anybody know more about this style or where it could be from?

Looks silver to me. You can try the magnet test. If a magnet does not stick to it, chances are its silver.
