Did they actually use such small points for anything, or were they just showing off (like modern people who paint on grains of rice or whatever)?

I’ve been told that they were used a lot. Also told that “bird point” is a misnomer. Those small points were used on much large game animals too. This info was from the Archeology show I attended recently.

Sweet little point! It's amazing how they were able to craft those so small. I've got a few that size that even have serrations.
