Those are nice Road Dog. I would like to meet Dr. Pinkham for a closer examination. The top on that Venetian liniment is killer. I see a very nice iron pontil scroll flask. Where have you been hiding that one and can we see the bottom please? The color on that philly is just awesome.
I've sold that flask. It had all the oxide intact. Here is a Pinkhams closeup. The Farland is the purtiest example of these I've seen. My wife claims it's hers.
The two blue bottles in the left pic are Dr. E.C's Balm bottles. I dug a aqua flange lip variant back in the 1970's. That kinda got me hooked on the type. I've been on a search for variants of this bottle. I'm still looking for the variant from California with the side embossing W.R. Strong. I've contacted clubs in California with no luck. As it stands now I have a dozen variants. Here is a link to a bit I wrote. Dr. E. C's. Balm Bottles | Collectors Weekly
The Pinkham's bottle was the first bottle my wife found for me at an antique show. I was at work and she was telling me about it on the phone. She said it was 60 bucks (this was 25 years ago) and was a lot of money but, I said to get it.
Great articles Road Dog. Hats off for the great research in putting them together. Your bottles are wonderful pieces of eye candy and here's hoping you'll get your hands on that Sacramento variant.
