Bought a few bottles today at the Nashville show

This one has me a little stumped though. Four sided,the letters L,I,Z,A on the neck and Reg 1893 on the base.

Thank you.This was the Nashville Civil War show held in Franklin,Tennessee .I'm learning a little about bottles as I go,I think this may be a food related bottle,not sure.

It may be a capers or relish bottle but the form doesn't look right, it looks more like a boot blacking bottle, but I have a feeling it's not from the USA.... Can we see a pic of the whole bottle from a little distance plus something for size comparison next to it, like a soda can?

l,I,Z,A are all around the neck as you can see.There is some black colored material inside the bottle in spots.
