This is the second piece I have found with Bourbon Stockyard on it.I found both pieces to this tag this time,now I know what they look like whole.Must have been some kinda shipping tag from the supplier.nothing special, just cool to find both pieces.

Looks like items from Louisville ended up everywhere. A guy found a really old company store card (token) from Louisville in the midwest last week.

delta 4000 / ace 250 - used BH and many others too
an animal tag maybe --to account for beef headed to the bourbon stockyard for slaughter via the the beef agent ( the knight commission company)-- number 1024 coming from W. E. Ashby of Gee , KY that way if the beef was sickly or not right they could account for where it came from -- and take the matter up with the "owner" of the beef as to how much or what they were willing to pay for it.
