Box Chape Strapend 1400 AD

Found the strapend recently . It was in pasture field about 10 inch in soil. Field last ploughed 20 years ago. Reported to finds Liason and they stated it was box chape strapend 1400 AD in style and would have been attached to the end of a belt. There is a slight trace of silver gilding inside the circle design. There is still soil inside the void in the strapend. I will have to pick it out at sometime. Thanks for looking and keep digging!

Congrats!

Makes me wonder what's going to be left of what we lose now days in 100 years! Probably not much.
