My last hunt was over a week ago. I live close to a city park, where I hunt a LOT...!
I had less than one hour before dark, so I fond a swath of light, breaking between trees,
allowing me something easy to follow - warmer too...!
Anyway, not five minutes into my hunt BANG - a spill of five clad coins - I didn't get skunked,
even picked up that surface find of a Tie Clip. Anyone that wears a suit, you'll know what I mean... It attracted
my attention to that spot, where the spill was. Couldn't see the the coins, but my Tesoro found them - in a 5' sq. area.
Winter is here, got to hunt whenever the weather allows.....

It got out today myself, yesterday we had a day of 65 degrees and heavy rain which defrosted everything. My buddies hay field was like hunting in ankle deep chocolate pudding with grass and nails mixed in. Didn’t find much, ox shoe and a plow point. We had fun until the temperature dropped and the wind picked up.

It is nice here. 58. Got out for a couple of hours. Hunted my old school football field. Had a clad dime and a button. Mostly looking for rings. No luck but it was comfortable to hunt.

Yes! Gotta get outta the house, in order to find anything! :laughing7:
In sour weather, its best to have the BEST POSITIVE Attitude possible,
and good things usually happen - stick with it, because you-are-next!
Now, go find it!

Threaten to rain, maybe snow soon. Football field has those coins the football referee tosses up, right? Sidelines are great, and the benches predictable places to hunt.
Any history popping-up tho...?
