Braved the cold for one silver and a what's it

I wasn't too excited about watching football today, so I decided to go for a short hunt. I walked to a nearby park and managed to find the 1946 Rosie, two wheats, and a pin I'm not sure of what it is. The last picture is a similar pin I found in a previous hunt. Any help is appreciated. Thanks for looking and I hope the ground is still unfrozen for all you cold weather T-Neters.

Thanks. The "what's it" is a what you would pin to a piece of clothing.

Nice Dime. I'm thinking the other 2 finds are Collar Brass. Worn on the uniform on the collar of the soldier. :dontknow: Looks like it to me. The top is WW2 Collar brass. I will look at the bottom picture and do some research.
