Found this walking on my land. Very close to a known active Indian site. Western Kentucky. Seems worked to me, but I've never found a point before, so I'm just not sure.
Wow! Very cool. I've never found any artifacts before! And it was right on top of the ground. I'll be sure to keep my eyes peeled for more in the area.
Keep searching that general area. A smallish flake like that is often from the final shaping or re-shapening, both of which are often done at the camp/village sites which tend to be good places to find artifacts.
