Today was a lucky day for me when I returned to a site which I beiieved to be dead after many years detecting there and then giving it a break for two years. The site is all plowed land and was settled between the 14th century AD until the early 18th century.
Today I found a nice selection of buckles dating between the 14th century (unfortunately broken) and the 17th century. Besides that, I managed to find a spindle whorl made of lead and another medieval one made of clay.
