I learned that this is a Green lacewing that I spotted on a marigold yesterday morning...I googled them and found that they're beneficial for the garden. You can even buy eggs online for that purpose.

I put the dime on one to show scale.

Dang that reminds me of Carl the big neighborhood bully in Kewanee Illinois who'd hold kids down on the ground and make them breath through their nose one of those stink bugs. I'll bet Carl ended up in federal prison.
