Button found at 1700's site, need HELP identifying

It is a 1780's house with a long history of activity including slavery, blacksmith shop, various owners, small civil war history, and revolutionary/colonial history. I found this button right in front of the slave quarters. It has an iron back it looks like.
Any help identifying this would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Iron back usually indicates "new"... most old two piece buttons are all brass. I do recognize the image on the front.

Hopefully someone will come along shortly and ID it.

I would say that is a 20th century blazer button.
