I believe that the letters U R at the top stand for "Uniform Rank," a name often used by fraternal orders to designate the uniformed, paramilitary, or parade unit of the organization. Note the following reference to that of the Woodmen of the World:

Woodmen of the World

Ritual, 1903
Ritual of the Sovereign Camp, 1897
Drill Regulations Uniform Rank, 1914

The "Here" is worn off under U.R. This is a button from the uniform of the first Mall information person. They would stand next to the mall directory and the button is pretty self explanatory with the 'U R Here'. You are reading the W.O.W. upside down it is actually M.O.M which stands for Mall of Minnesota which was knocked down many years ago to make way for the Mall of America. LOL

(I was going to go with UR are my initials and I lost that button years ago but my initials are not even close)

Nice button...congrats.

Thanks for the links PBK and Tim Nuggett, I checked them out, When I found the button I thought it was just a button of a youngsters coat, I guess it is quite old, Thanks to all for the Info
