As posted in "What Is It?"

There seems to be a difference of opinion on the date ranges for this mark, which is actually ROSENFELD BROS. / BALTIMORE.

McGuinn & Bazelon's book lists it as c. 1883-1890 for Baltimore, MD; and 1892-1921 as proprietors of the New York Clothing House (which, despite its name, was also located in Baltimore).

Tice's book lists it as c. 1865-1892, Baltimore, MD.

I'd split the difference and guess "late 1800's."
