Well i dug this button and a few minie balls and a rivet and a grape shot in a new area a few days ago. I found the bullets first then the button I thought i might have found a good button. When I got home and cleaned it off there is a pot with flowers or something on it. I showed a friend he said it is a common flower button. I looked online for similair ones but couldnt find any like it. Has anyone ever dug a button like this? I can make out waterbury and extra on the backmark.

Without a better backmark picture or a full description from your eyes, the dates will be tough, but as stated, its a civilian flower/basket pettern of a common type.
