Recently I was giving permission to hunt a 300 acre site, that saw heavy action from the Civil War. In Virginia
The land was recently bought. I was able to get permission from the new owner. I offered them 50% of anything
I found. They said no, They did not want anything. I could keep what ever I found. Not wanting to push it. I wanted
to be up front with everything. I ask if I could bring my nephew with me, They said OK. A two hour hunt today.
I found part of a gun. I have no idea what kind. Some small shots. Some type of buckle. Any ID of the items in the
pics.would be helpful. It was cold, about 33 with high wind. But, it was a joy to be out there. The gun part was at about
8'' the other items were at 4 to 6''
