I've been to the mines where the town of Manchester once stood but having been all over Los Padres I've never found a cave. What water shed is it on?

First, welcome to Tnet. Though I find your question interesting, you would probably get better results if it were posted in the right forum. Try "Treasure Legends".

If you KNOW where it is, I, for one, could help you recover it.

You'll need a lot of help. Thoughts of huge water pumps is just the beginning. But it sounds like a very interesting project.....count me in!
