I found this iron thing today while hunting an old house site. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what this thing is? I think it is pretty cool! Let me know your answers! Aloha

That appears to be the hammer and side plate of a flintlock pistol or rifle.

Nice! Probably from a pistol. Maybe one of Kamehameha the Great's men used this gun to help take control of the islands more than 200 years ago. Which island did you find it on?
