Can anyone send a scanned page from Atwood-Coffee Catalog ?

I'm trying to clean up the State of Utah on TokenCatalog.com in regards to Transportation Tokens.. I really could use a scanned page or two that covers the State of Utah.. There are not very many Transportation Tokens in Utah so it shouldn't be too hard. There are issues between Campbell & Atwood-Coffee that can be easily sorted out by combining the two resources for the State of Utah. I figure if the AVA is comming to Utah to hold their Annual Convention in 2011... that it would be nice to have everything clear and concise and avoid multiple listings of the same tokens.
